Composites manufacturing: Exploring new opportunities and markets with digital transformation
We worked with our client’s leadership team to design and implement a new, digital-first approach to business that enables them to take advantage of previously unattainable opportunities in new markets. This involved implementing a manufacturing ERP, building analytical tools to improve their processes, and facilitating the evolution of their business processes and IT capabilities.
