With a background in human behaviour and hands-on experience implementing systems and procedures for global clients, Mila ensures our clients’ teams on the ground are equipped with the resources and knowledge they need to operate safely, and to handle unexpected situations should they arise. Mila’s focus is on translating procedures from draft to technical implementation and ensuring our clients have the guidance and training they need to perform their daily tasks in accordance with applicable safety standards.
At work and at home, Mila is always willing to help and will learn whatever she needs to be able to take on any task that comes her way, and has never felt restricted by any one role or school of thought. In her spare time, Mila expresses this energy through her art, engaging in creative pursuits such as painting and pyrography.
