Her adaptability, ambition, and ability to take on a challenge extend beyond her professional endeavours. In fact, while on a solo trip in New Zealand, Sophie decided to convert a camper van into her own personal travel van. Unphased by her lack of prior experience in the matter, Sophie tackled this project head-on and successfully brought her vision to life.
